This elegant Hanakago (Flower Basket) is a faithful reproduction of a design favored by Sōzen, crafted for use in the Japanese tea ceremony (Chanoyu).
Handwoven from natural bamboo, this versatile basket can be used as either a hanging flower basket or a standing flower vase, making it suitable for a variety of tea room displays.
