What is Senryu?
Senryu (川柳) is a premium Japanese green tea known for its rich aroma and naturally smooth, full-bodied flavor. Only the first harvest of the season is used, when the leaves are at their freshest and most flavorful.
What is Karigane?
Karigane is a high-grade stem tea made from the tender stems and veins of shaded tea plants grown for matcha and gyokuro. Because these tea plants are carefully shaded before harvest, the stems develop a naturally sweet, mellow flavor with rich umami.
