From instructor Kumiko Sammler
Do you think that "Matcha" is the only type of Japanese tea out there? There are actually many different types of Japanese tea. However, it can be difficult to figure out which tea leaves to buy when you are not familiar with their taste. In Nihoncha 101, you will be tasting three types of tea: Sencha, Genmaicha, and Hojicha, and I’ll be giving a lecture and demonstration on how to brew them. Why not take this opportunity to discover "Japanese tea"? I look forward to meeting you all!
