Sanshoku Shōjōshin (山色清浄身)

“Sanshoku Shōjōshin” literally means,
“The colors of the mountains are the pure body.”

This Zen phrase expresses the idea that nature itself embodies purity and sacred presence. The changing colors of the mountains—through mist, light, and seasons—are not separate from spiritual truth, but are themselves manifestations of enlightenment.
