Nambu Ironware Cast Iron Teapot – Hiramaru Sensuji

A beautifully crafted Nambu Ironware (Nambu Tekki) teapot featuring the traditional Hiramaru (rounded) form and elegant Sensuji (fine-line) pattern, finished in a sophisticated combination of gold and white.

Made in Japan from cast iron, Nambu Ironware teapots are valued for their excellent heat retention and durability. The distinctive texture of the cast iron surface gives each piece a warm, substantial character that beautifully combines Japanese tradition with contemporary design.

The interior of the teapot and underside of the lid are enamel-coated, helping to protect the cast iron from rust and making the teapot easy to use for everyday tea service.

Please note that this is a teapot for brewing and serving tea, not a traditional tetsubin for boiling water. Simply add separately boiled hot water and your favorite tea leaves to enjoy Japanese green tea, hojicha, genmaicha, or other teas.
