Hojicha l Roasted Green Tea l low caffeine

Hōjicha is a type of Japanese green tea that is roasted over high heat, giving the leaves a warm reddish-brown color and a unique, toasty aroma. Unlike other green teas, hōjicha has a naturally mild, smooth flavor with low bitterness and lower caffeine content, making it gentle on the stomach and enjoyable any time of day.

First developed in Kyoto in the 1920s, hōjicha quickly became beloved throughout Japan for its comforting taste and soothing fragrance. Today, it is enjoyed both hot and iced, and is also used in lattes and desserts for its distinctive roasted flavor.
