Shipping Policy
At Naratea, we want your experience to be seamless and delightful, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Below is all the information you need regarding our shipping process.
Matcha Restocking Information
If we have the product in stock, we will ship it right away. However, due to the current matcha boom, product restocking may be delayed 2 weeks to 1 month. We appreciate your understanding as we work to restock our premium matcha to meet demand.
Additionally, to ensure as many customers as possible can enjoy our matcha, we kindly ask that each customer purchase no more than one matcha product at a time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

US Domestic Orders (United States):
Economy shipping typically takes 5–14 business days for delivery.
Shipping Cost: $8.00

International Orders (Canada):
Economy shipping typically takes 10–25 business days for delivery.(Depends on the carrier)
Shipping Cost: $35.00
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.( If the items are in stock) Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Issues
If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please contact us at hello@narateacompany.com. We will investigate and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delays or package loss caused by the carrier or customs.
Customs & Duties (For Canada Orders)
For Canadian shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
