How to use

1. Place matcha powder inside mesh over your cup, add 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder to start.
2. Using a spoon or utensil, softly press the powder through a few times or gently shake in circular motions to nudge the powder through the the mesh.
   
3. The clumps roll and fall apart against the mesh, effortlessly sifting the powder so your hands and clothes stay clean. 
4. Once the powder is all sifted to the bottom of the cup or container, remove the mesh

The result is finely sifted, lump‑free matcha powder ready for water and whisking. Breaking up clumps in this way also aerates the tea powder, giving you a silky texture that whisks into a smooth, even-dilution. It will prevent the tea from becoming too strong or using too much tea powder too quickly.
